REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 7 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging. The returned item must have at least 90% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
